May I take this opportunity to compliment one of you advertisers, Panicos Sofokleous Ltd - One Stop DIY?
We have just completely refurbished our bathroom and after visiting several suppliers we bought most of our supplies from One Stop DIY where Andonis Sofokleous was very helpful and gave us a good price.
After work was completed we found we had over-estimated the number of tiles and some other items we had bought, and took them back to One Stop DIY, expecting at the very best another Credit Note. Imagine my surprise when Andonis offered a full cash refund!
Do you think your excellent magazine could give Grapevine Readers the opportunity to identify other businesses where Cash Refunds are the norm, so that we can all support them and confine the Credit Note to the waste bin of history?
